Ingredients.

  • Half a cup of heavy cream.
  • One cup of water.
  • 2 eggs.
  • Teaspoon liquid vanilla.
  • Pinch of salt.
  • 1/3 cup of melted butter.
  • One cup of all-purpose flour.
  • One cup of whole-grain flour.
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder.

Instructions.

  1. In a bowl mix the heavy cream with the water.
  2. Then add the 2 eggs and the vanilla and mix them with the hand mixer.
  3. In another bowl mix the white flour with the whole grain flour, the pinch of salt, and the baking powder.
  4. Then pour the liquid mixture on the flour mixture and stir very carefully until you get a smooth liquid dough.
  5. Heat the machine of waffle until the green light is switched on.
  6. Then pour a suitable amount in the middle.
  7. Just close it, and the dough will spread and fill in the space.
  8. Don't open it before 2-3 minutes.
  9. Check it each 30 seconds until you know exactly the time it will need according to the type of your machine.
  10. You can serve it with honey and any preferable fruits.
  11. For kids, you can add some melted chocolates.
