- Then, in a bowl add the tbsp of the red pepper paste, add 1/4 of water to resolve the paste to be a suce.
- Add one or two mashed cloves of garlic, lemon juice, 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of vinegar, then mix them together.
- Add the salt, black pepper and cumin.
- Add the chickpeas and the chopped cucumbers and some fresh parsley.
- Serve it in a plate and garnish the top with the rest of the fresh parsley.
